A question vegans are asked all the time is "where do you get your protein"! What people don't realize is that plants are full of it! In this class we'll create 3 to 4 high-protein dishes made of lentils, chickpeas and more! You'll have the opportunity to learn, eat and keep every recipe. We start with a mini-class to learn how to increase your protein intake from various high protein plant-based sources. We will then prepare them and finish the class by sitting down for a delicious dinner to taste it all.
